§ Mr. CurryWe have laid before Parliament, for its approval, a draft order to give effect to reorganisation in Cleveland on 1 April 1996. If that approval is given, we shall consider the position in relation to the county council's outstanding application for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeal before the order is made.
