§ Mr. Gwilym JonesThe contract completion date for the M4 Brynglas tunnels and A4042 Malpas road relief scheme has been extended from 4 December 1994 to 5 February 1995. I am advised that the contractor will not achieve actual completion until summer 1995. Liquidated damages are not yet applicable.
