§ Lord James Douglas-HamiltonInner city and other urban regeneration projects are supported by a wide range of public expenditure programmes, including the urban programme and those relating to local authorities, the enterprise bodies and Scottish Homes, and my right hon. Friend announced his expenditure plans for these and other programmes on 6 December. We plan to announce 951W shortly the outcome of the review of urban regeneration policy in Scotland, which was launched last year with the publication of the consultation paper, "Progress in Partnership".
