§ Mr. MaloneGeneral practitioner fundholders are required to produce accounts in accordance with the general practitioners fundholders' manual of accounts. These accounts are independently certified by auditors appointed by the Audit Commission. A copy of the general practice fundholders' manual of accounts is available in the Library.
