§ Mr. HeseltineI have decided to award the DTI contract for the services currently supplied by the Accounts Services Agency to the CSL Group Ltd. Bids were judged on the basis of quality of service, price, continuity of service, and commitment to developing the service. The contract will last for five years, with an option to extend for a further two years at the Department's discretion. Most of the staff, and all of the assets, will transfer to CSL.
