In addition to the projects listed, the Biwater Group Ltd. currently has one ATP project under offer and subject to negotiation and one under consideration; given their status, both these projects are commercial in confidence. Information on unsuccessful applications is not maintained centrally in either ODA or DTI and such information could be assembled only at disproportionate cost.
