§ Mr. Douglas HoggMy right hon. Friend the Foreign Secretary had a brief meeting with the UN Secretary-General in the margins of the conference on security and co-operation in Europe summit on 5 December. More substantive discussions were held during the Secretary-General's visit to London on 25 October. A number of regional issues were discussed at both meetings.
