§ Mr. RichardsDetails of the financial balances held by county schools are contained in outturn statements published by local education authorities under section 42 of he Education Reform Act 1988. I am, however, unable to provide this information at present as some authorities have yet to submit their 1993–94 statement to the Welsh Office. I will write to the hon. Gentleman when the information is available.
