To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (1) what is the total quantity of milk produced by the United Kingdom dairy industry in each of the last four years for which information is available;

(2) what is the total quantity of milk consumed in the United Kingdom in each of the last four years for which information is available.
