§ Mr. NorrisThese are operational matters for London Underground. I understand that the points at Aldgate failed to return to their normal position after being switched to reverse. The failure was rectified within 11 minutes and the service restored. Over the past 12 months, there have been 29 points or signal failures in the Aldgate area.
