To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will make it his policy that the enforcement of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 will be kept under review.

§ Mr. Maclean
In accordance with standard practice, the application of the main provisions of the Act will be monitored and evaluated.
