§ Mr. BaldryIn 1993–94 Eritrea received £5.8 million in bilateral assistance, including emergency aid. Eritrea is also a recipient of multilateral assistance to which Britain makes a significant contribution. Our share of the European Union's rehabilitation and development assistance since 1993 is £7 million. Eritrea also receives emergency aid from the European Union.
