A "North America Now" publication on US product liability was prepared earlier this year for DTI by an American lawyer practising in London, and is freely 512W available to British companies. DTI has also held, throughout the United Kingdom, a number of "North America Now" seminars, involving experts in legal and insurance aspects of US product liability.
