§ The Prime MinisterShareholders are already able to influence directors' remuneration. The Government are always ready to consider ideas for improving shareholders' powers or the information which is made available to them. It was announced in the White Paper on competitiveness—CM 2563—that the Government have been reviewing a number of aspects of company law, including directors' duties.
