§ Mr. SproatI am currently considering the comments received on future arrangements for children's play submitted as part of our wider consultation on Sports Council restructuring. I have asked the council to provide me with its own view of how its current functions and staffing might be realigned to take account of the proposals set out in our 8 July statement,Official Report, columns 584–86. I shall then take final decisions on policy and the timing of implementation.
