Mr. Milburn

To ask the Secretary of State for Wales how many patients complaints were received per 1,000 patients treated in each year since 1989–90 by region.

The available information, relating to hospital services, is given for Wales and each district health authority area in the following table. Information on complaints per patient concerning community health services and FHSA services is not available centrally.
