§ Mr. NorrisWe have not issued a consultation paper on the deregulation of our national rules on driver's hours, but we sought views from a number of bodies on the operation of the present rules. The organisations included HGV and bus operators, trades unions, trade associations, enforcement agencies, road safety groups and public utilities.
