Mr. John D. TaylorTo ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland how many urban development grants have been approved in each of the district council areas by the International Fund for Ireland since this fund commenced operations in Northern Ireland.
§ Dr. Sir John WheelerThe International Fund for Ireland is administered by an independent board appointed jointly by the two Governments. All decisions on disbursements by the fund are a matter for that board and questions regarding disbursements should be directed to the fund's chairman, Mr. William T. McCarter, PO Box 2000,164W Belfast, BT4 3SA. I understand, however, that the fund provides full details of all offers of assistances in its annual reports, copies of which are available in the Library. In addition, I have arranged for a copy of the right hon. Gentleman's inquiry to be forwarded to the chairman of the fund.
