§ Mr. NelsonThe Treasury's Internet service was launched on 15 November 1994. The information currently provided includes news releases, speeches, minutes of the Chancellor's monthly monetary meetings with the Governor of the Bank of England, reports of the panel of independent forecasters and details of the fundamental expenditure review of Treasury running costs.
The Budget speech and related material were made available on the Internet for the first time this year. More information will be added in due course.
