§ Mr. NorrisCollege road, Dulwich, is a private road managed under the royal charter which established the estate in 1619. It is not the responsibility of the Department of Transport or of the local highway authority and I understand that no statutory provisions apply specifically to its management. We have no plans to alter that situation.
