TaylorMy Department has not received any representations from judges on the availability of such accommodation, nor has there been discussion with the Secretary of State for Health or the Home Secretary on this subject. The provision of these services is a matter for my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Health and health authorities exercise the function on her behalf.
