But consultation by the mental health task force with service users has led to the issuing of advice to purchasers, "Black Mental Health: A Dialogue for Change" and a video on good practice "Different Cultures, Different Needs". Copies of this advice and video are available in the Library. I was pleased to launch them on 22 November.
