Mr. Jim Cunningham

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs how much money Britain spent from the know-how fund in 1991–92, 1992–93 and 1993–94; and if he will give a breakdown by country and list the projects on which this money was spent.
