To ask the Parliamentary Secretary, Lord Chancellor's Department what discussions he has had with his ministerial colleagues regarding the effects of withdrawing the legal obligation to provide sites for gipsy and traveller communities with particular reference to a possible challenge in the European Court of Human Rights.
