To ask the President of the Board of Trade if he will place in the Library the operational annexes to the intergovernmental decision on the control of exports of dual-use goods and techniques by the EU.

I shall do so when the intergovernmental decision, and the annexes which it covers, have been formally adopted by all member states. Adoption is expected shortly.
