§ Mr. Robert B. JonesExpenditure in support of this programme includes elements for staff consultation, publicity, training and modifications of buildings and accommodation which cannot be disaggregated. There is, however, a specific annual budget—£21,500 this year—for the provision and maintenance of technical aids for disabled staff.
It is estimated that staff resources to initiate the programme will be the equivalent of 1.2 dedicated staff; its implementation, however, will also require the 7W commitment of personnel managers, trainers, line managers and other staff throughout the Department.
