asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether they will place a copy of the European Commission's report on reform of the common agricultural policy in the Library.

This report, entitledEC Agriculture in the 21st Century, has now been published in the journal European Economy on behalf of the European Commission's Directorate-General II (Economy and Finance). Copies have been placed in the Library.

The Government welcome the Commission's decision to publish this radical look at the common agricultural policy and we shall be studying it with interest.
