Mr. Jamieson

To ask the Secretary of State for Education if she will publish the revenue and capital budget for each of the city technology colleges for 199394 and 1994–95; and what was the number of pupils.

The revenue and capital grants allocated by the Department to each of the city technology colleges for 1993–94 and 1994–95, and pupil numbers for those years, are shown in the table.

The examination results and truancy figures for city technology colleges have been published in the 1994 performance tables. They are reproduced below with the appropriate local education authority averages.
