§ Mr. Gwilym JonesThe original contract completion date for the M4 Brynglas tunnels and A4042 Malpas road relief scheme was 20 March 1994. Extensions of time have been awarded giving a current contract completion date of 4 December 1994. Further extensions have been claimed by the contractor and the completion date is currently under review.
