§ Mr. BaldryI discussed our bilateral aid programme with the Bangladesh Finance Minister during my recent visit to Bangladesh. I also saw for myself the excellent development work with poor people being carried out by 23W Proshika, a local non-governmental organisation supported by the Overseas Development Administration.
