§ Mr. NorrisThe Government have applied to the European Court to annul the Commission decision of 27 July 1994, allowing the French Government to inject FF20 billion into Air France. We also intend to intervene in the application by British Airways, Air UK and other European airlines to the court of first instance to annul the decision. I shall press the European Commission to take a rigorous approach on any further state aid cases which arise in this sector.
