§ Mr. MaloneFamily health service authorities report that there are no patients for whom national health service dental treatment cannot be arranged. There are extensive arrangements for exemption from and remission of NHS dental charges. The Green Paper, "Improving NHS Dentistry", makes clear that we have no plans to change these arrangements.
