§ Mr. Michael ForsythThe water pollution incident in Worcester on 15 April is being investigated by the National Rivers Authority and Shropshire county council. The NRA has the primary responsibility for enforcing legislation on water pollution liaising with the Health and Safety Executive as necessary. The HSE has given no advice to public or private bodies but is being kept informed of developments.
