To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment why Her Majesty's Government did not accept the PARCOM recommendation 93/5 concerning 261W increases in radioactive discharges from nuclear reprocessing plants at the meeting of the Paris Commission in June 1993; and if he will make a statement.
