(2) who is the appointed auditor responsible as part of his duties for checking the Downing street inventory; when the inventory was last checked; and what was the result of that check.
§ The Prime MinisterThere is no single inventory of state property at No. 10. Separate inventories are maintained for differing purposes. Those responsible for maintaining them are also responsible for making periodic checks of the items against inventory. Cabinet Office internal auditors are free to check the inventories at any time they wish.
