Whether they will list the number of Public Interest Certificates signed by each past and present Minister of State in the past 10 years, identifying in the case of each Minister the number he signed; and how many of these were issued in connection with criminal proceedings
§ The Minister of State, Department of Trade and Industry (Lord Strathclyde)There is no central record of the number of Public Interest Immunity certificates which have been issued or of the signatory or type of such certificates. This information could only be obtained at disproportionate cost.
