§ Mr. Lennox-BoydMy right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs does not appear to have received the right hon. Member's correspondence on this matter, except for a letter dated 26 October 1993 to which he replied on 10 November. My officials have asked for copies. We shall then look into this matter and write to the right hon. Member as quickly as possible.
