To ask the Secretary of State for Health what representations her Department has had regarding paragraph 330 of the terms and conditions of service for hospital medical and dental staff.

This provision has been the subject of discussions with the medical profession. There is no intention to amend this provision for those medical staff who remain on national terms and conditions of service.
