§ Lord James Douglas-Hamilton[holding answer 19 April 1994]: Figures for 1993–94 are not yet available. Figures for the financial years 1989–90 to 1992–93 are given in the table. These indicate the level of funding from the Scottish Office for schemes run by voluntary 657W organisations where the main aims included the provision of advice and information. Figures for earlier years could be obtained only at disproportionate cost.
