§ Mr. Peter LloydWe regularly remind local authorities and returning officers about their obligation to choose, wherever possible, buildings which provide access for the disabled, and we have included further advice in our guidance for acting returning officers at the forthcoming European parliamentary elections. This matter is also being considered as part of our post-election review.
