§ Sir Hector Monro[holding answer 19 April 1994]: The table shows expenditure by financial year under the sheep annual premium, the suckler cow premium and the beef special premium schemes in nominal terms and at constant 1991–92 prices.
6. To award a contract for development and supply of a new pensions administration information technology system by July 1994, and to reach the last key 1994–95 milestone in the implementation plan.
7. To optimise use of budgetary provision while keeping within direct running costs limits.
8. To provide policy advice which is consistent with public service pension policy and takes account of operational objectives of Scottish Office departments, within the required time scales.
