§ Mr. Tim SmithThe capital works programmes of Department of the Environment Roads Service have been developed to address the ever-increasing demands on the road network. During the 1994–95 financial year it is planned to spend some £29 million on major and minor road works in Northern Ireland. Individual schemes are prioritised within the funds available.
