§ Mr. ForthMy right hon. Friend has no such plans. Section 1 of the Education Reform Act 1988 requires the provision of a curriculum which prepares pupils for the opportunities, responsibilities and experiences of adult life. In fulfilment of that, schools often include preparation for parenthood within their programmes of personal, social and health education in the wider curriculum.
