To ask the Secretary of State for Transport (1) when he last met the executive of the Brewers Society to discuss drink and driving;
(2) when he will next meet the Brewers Society to discuss the sale of beers with high alcohol content and their impact on driving ability.

I met the director of the Brewers Society on 28 June 1993. I have no arrangements at present to meet the society again, but would be happy to do so if it wished.
