§ Mr. RedwoodThe European Commission has confirmed that, under the present EC regulations, using surplus milk for food aid purposes would count against producers' quota allocation. I have asked officials to review this matter in consultation with the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food and the Commission.
