§ Mr. Douglas HoggThe proposal prepared by the National Demobilization Committee—NDC—in northwest Somalia, with assistance from the UNDP/OPS contracted team of Zimbabweans—ZIMDAT—has now been refined and will be presented to donors at a briefing and discussion session in Nairobi on 22 April 1994. An appeal for funds will follow the briefing.
