To ask the Parliamentary Secretary, Lord Chancellor's Department, further to his answer of 17 March,Official Report, column 759, if he will make it his policy to collate information in the future on the number of cases in which judges have been asked to consider a public interest immunity certificate.

I have no plans to collate information about applications to courts arising out of public interest immunity certificates.
