§ Mrs. Gillian ShephardI have set the pesticides safety directorate the following targets relating to relocation, financial performance, efficiency, the delivery of pesticides approval services and policy advice in 1994–95:
To relocate the agency from its present three sites to a single site in York in the Autumn of 1994.
To achieve 100 per cent. recovery of full costs and an overall efficiency gain of 2 per cent.
To meet the targets for delivery of services as specified:

The scientific quality of the directorate's work on the evaluation of pesticides will be monitored by the chairman of the Advisory Committee on Pesticides.
