§ Dr. MawhinneyThe national health service executive issued guidance on the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 1981 to the NHS in November 1993. Copies of the guidance are available in the Library. This guidance includes specific references to pensions and an appendix which provides advice on evaluation of pensions comparability and the assessment of pension packages.
