§ Mr. MacleanWe intend to consider the adequacy of current legislative provisions relating to the evidence of250W children in criminal proceedings when the findings of Professor Graham Davies' research become available at the end of this year. As part of that consideration we shall certainly take into account the early experience of the Scottish courts in taking evidence from children on commission.
